Martha was at her mother’s place for the weekend. She had a long and hectic week at work, that’s why she wanted to relax over the weekend and spend time with her mother. They cooked, watched tv and chatted about all kinds of things. She told her mother how busy her life had become and that sometimes she wished she was still in school. Her mother smiled. After dinner, Martha went up to her old bedroom and felt a little nostalgic. She opened her cupboard and saw her old clothes hanging in there. She saw her study desk and was reminded of the nights she spent studying on it. Then she opened her drawer and found her blackberry instruction manual. She had been looking for it earlier, but did not realize it was at her mother’s house. She was casually flipping through the pages of the instruction manual, when she came across a topic titled “How Do I Use My Blackberry As A Modem“. She began to read it. After reading it, she kept the manual in her bag to carry it back with her. She was leaving the next day and wished she didn’t have to.
